can i reduce my sweating 24/7..when i go out in very sunny day and other stuff ? i think cardio might do the trick

No. In fact, the better the trained individual, the earlier the sweat will onset.

so u are saing that the training will make it worse ?

Yes and no. There are lots of factors that come into play here Regular training causes you to sweat less when doing nothing, but you will sweat more when exercising.

One reason why this is the case is because training helps keep blood pressure low. High blood pressure makes you sweat more when you aren't doing a thing. Some fat asses are so out of shape that they break a sweat playing video games.

So, on the flip side, regular training will make your sweat glands kick on faster and produce more sweat during training to keep you cool as an adaption to to the stress on the body.

Good points.

The better in shape you are the less likely you will sweat while doing normal things like walking, climbing a flight of stairs, taking the groceries in bending over to tie your shoes. Plus the leaner you get the less heat trapping blubber you'll have making you hot....

You could also invest in dry-tech clothes that keep you cooler and help water evaporate from your skin easier. I wear Adidas ones half the days now seeing as it is so humid here in the east coast through the summer.
