reducing bodyfat diet please critique!

Hello,

I'm 5'9 170 lbs and trying to reduce my weight and bodyfat.

6:00am 1 scoop o.f. oatmeal 1 cup 2% milk with whey 1000mg fishoil multivitamin green tea
9:30am 3oz light tuna on light wheatbread 1 egg handfull peanuts peach
11:00am workout
12:00pm pw whey 1 scoop with water 10 aminos bannana
1:00pm chicken breast 1 cup veggies handfull peanuts 1 cup watermelon
4:30pm lean turkey salad olive oil and vinegar handfull peanuts 1000mg fish oil
7:30pm 1 scoop whey 1 cup 2%milk 1 tbls p.b. apple
10:00pm 1 tbls cottage cheese glutamine 1000mg fish oil
any help greatly appreciated guys!!
 
your trying too loose all of your bodyfat :hmmm:
 
I have being able to successfully bulk up but I am having some problems cutting up!
 
we are talking about how much body fat here? that could range from alittle to obese. So please be more specific.

7:30pm 1.5 scoop whey 1 cup water 1 tbls flaxseed oil
10:00pm 1 serving cottage cheese glutamine 1000mg fish oil, 1 TBSP peanut butter NATURAL not skippies
any help greatly appreciated guys!!

How much protein is one scoop ?
