Due to financial restraints, I buy frozen chicken breasts instead of fresh ones. (I get ~25 chicken breasts for $12.)
If I let them defrost and then wash them off, will that reduce the sodium content? (They have ~380g of sodium per chicken breast.) That is mainly on the outside of the chicken for preservation purposes, right?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
