Reevaluating my technique!

Hello everyone new here to IML. Athletic w/ 3years lifting consistently and beside everything else I need to reevaluate, I'm also here to look into my work out sessions. People say my form looks good but don't know how much I feel about that. I have prior broken bone injuries that seem to have messed up muscle memory/movement and feel other muscles might be compensating. My question, does anyone recommend a couple pros I could follow on YouTube, maybe examples of different exercisers or any other thing that might help. Thanks for your time.
 
Hey welcome to the forum. I woul day first of all it's great that you are lifting now. Make sure you record a video of you doing the exercise and post it on here first. That's the first thing. Make sure your diet and nutrition is on point. That's the next thing I would say to focus on. That's important to remember too. I also think supplementation is also key. What supps are you taking currently?
 
Hey MG1 thanks for your reply. I have been trying to track food and take notes of work out but at the moment i cant do video since I'm alone at public gym and stuff but ill try to make more friends and see what I can do. Sups well... Life support, pre c4, post Mass protein, glutamine. Have done 4ph cycles in past and now starting test e only with all the goodies to support pre during and post. 5 10" 175 prob about >3000 calories (I'm trying to track and change fat, protien and carb calories if needed) going for gaining and then cut or maintenance.
