refeed and cheat meal on the same day

I have been refeeding for the past 2 months or so on my cut, but this week I plan on having a cheat meal.

So, question: If I refeed during the day from 7am till about 7pm, and then have my cheat meal at about 7-8pm, will the benefits of refeeding be thrown out the window?

I say "cheat" because it's going to contain fats and sugar in it.

I'm not asking whether I should have the cheat meal or not. I'm going to have it regardless. Question is whether I should still refeed on that same day and if I did, whether the benefits of refeeding would be destroyed due to the fats consumed later on during the day.

Thanks

What does your diet look like? Are you doing a keto diet or what? Generally I've considered a refeed the same as a cheat if I'm trying to make progress no a cut. Ideally a refeed has lower fats. I guess I don't do a 12 hr refeed either.

Can you give more detail about the diet?

Thanks for your response.

My current cutting diet is low carb deficit, but not keto.

On refeed days I would cut all direct fats out, and reduce protein a bit, and add as much carbs as I can into my maintenance calories.

On a cheat meal, I would eat my normal low carb diet then have one meal where I don't track macros (who knows how far above maintenance I go).

I'm about 10-11%bf atm, so have been avoiding "cheat" meals and focusing on "refeeds." Getting harder for me to get lean with the cheat meals since they usually end up over maintenance, whereas refeeds I control into maintenance calories.

However, this week I need to "cheat" (social gathering) on my normal refeed day. My question is whether I should refeed during the day and cheat at night (and whether the fats consumed later at night will destroy my earlier carb load with no direct fats) OR

whether I should have my cheat meal and refeed the following week (either 2-3 days later, 7 days later I don't know)

Basically, I have never been on a diet incorporating both cheat meals and refeeds. It's usually one or the other. But at this stage, I'm refeeding, but I also need to cheat this weekend. So I am in a dilemma
