a friend of mine just received a free sample of "reflex progen advanced performance nutrition formula" and got me thinking if this stuff is any good or not, it seems quite expensive on their website too, i've searched on google and around the boards but cant find any info on it from people who have use it, unlike other things i have searched for in the past so just wondering if anyone here has used it, or knows about it and if its good/bad for you (ie: has no effect or little and not worth the money) as my friends thinking about buying some and if its as good as the packet makes it out to be would possibly get me interested in it in the future too, reason why im asking is because im not experienced with supplements and havent needed to use them yet.
