relative newbie here, need some clarification.

Hey all,

I have been ghosting this forum for a while now and have a few questions but first a little background. I'm 26, 220lbs 24%BF. I have an Endo-Meso body, mainly because I was in a pretty bad wreck in early '02 and I havent worked out much since. I've got some experience with Sustanon 250, (1 cycle)

About two weeks ago I got back into lifting and so far everythings going great. I wanted to have about 4 weeks of continuous training under my belt before I went back to gear. and this is where I need help...

I want to run a fairly intense stack (for me)to gain mass and then after the first cycle maintain and drop the excess body fat. I'm looking at Anadrol (I know...) and Sust 250 the cycle I'm looking at is
week 1-4 50mg ED Anadrol
week 1-8 Sust 500mg

Now when I used sust before I dealt simply with amps. this whole mg/ml conversion is where I get tripped up. I thought they were essentially the same thing?

because of Anadrols tendancy to retain water how can I minimize water retension? where can I obtain that specialty milk for my liver?

and lastly (at least right now) I live less than an hour from mexico, where I will be going to obtain the gear. aside from the overall shadiness of Mexico (Nogales) is there anything I should be aware of?

Money is a driving concern and I cannot spend 5-600 per cycle to get what I want. I really appreciate all of your help. Mudge I know your opinions on orals but if you could weigh in here I would appreciate it.

OK milt thistle... go to gnc or vitamin world(milk thistle)... With milk thistle... your liver does pretty good... but not good... It sounds good to me... what kind of sust are you talkin?? 250mg/ML or what... U say u r tripped up?? Just try to go with highest MG to ML ratio... EX. 300mg/ML... as of mexico... i dont know

why not 100 mg? of anadrol? just asking
 
At 220 pounds I'd go for 100mg drol, 24% bodyfat though your asking for gyno. Estrogen reception is high on high bodyfat, and when your doing heavy stuff like drol your asking for trouble.
 
Well, 100mg seems a bit much right now as I'm too high BF%-wise. Anadrol wasn't my first choice but I want to bulk back up, Pins are a little harder to get across the border so I'm looking at orals. Dbols are copied too much for my comfort.

Tell you what, as I've been out of lifting for a while I'll put it to you, (bear in mind though that I'm not as familiar with all of the abbreviations)

I'll be walking across the border so I'm looking for an oral to begin my cycle, I'm looking to bulk up initially. Any suggestions are welcome, As for injectables, My natural inclination is to stick with sust because I'm familiar with it and experienced no negative sides.

Right now I'll admit, my drive is more cosmetic, I don't like the way I look right now and I need to be closer to the way I was. What stack would you guys recommend?

I would do some fina and test and cut up bigtime, if your gyno prone though you are going to have to go easy on the test and have that nolva on hand, because your bodyfat is a bit high.

Or, just spend 2 months, drop some bodyfat naturally, then go for a bulker.
 
Well, I've done some more reading and I'm not sure fina is right for me. I love what I've read about it's effects, but the whole conversion process turned me off. I'm not comfortable enough with my knowledge to home brew my own... And since I'm newer to the area I wouldn't have anyone around to ask/help in any real way.
So, aside from fina is there any particular stacks people might recommend? I should say that although my BF% is high, I do not "look fat" nor do I seem to have any predisposition to gyno. Again I live near Mexico so supply isn't really a concern. get back with me.
 
You only convert it if you are buying the pellets yourself, although honestly the veterinary versions are overpriced bigtime because it is hailed as one of the allmighty steroids of today. Virtually anyone who touches it, loves it to death, SOME however do get sides from it.

Alot of people start out probably 15-20% bodyfat or more, realistically the average Joe is not a 10% bodyfat god unless they are skinny.

I would run a cutter though for sure, a bulker IMO would be a bit of a mistake. Although if the diet is on, you may well gain size and I'd expect some to come.
