I remember reading an Article by the late Mike Mentzer, God bless his soul now there was a bodybuilder who could write. The article was on repetions. We all know the Heavy duty system advocates the one rep routine for each exercise and body part.Mike advocated this system because he was heavily influenced by Arthur Jones and Nautilus equipment. I once had the oppourtunity to train at AN EXCLUSIVE NAUTILUS CENTER. CAPS LOCK WONT RELEASE ON THIS COMPUTER BEAR WITH ME.
iNSTEAD I JOINED A GYM WHICH HAD PR////
IEDOMINATELY FREE WEIGHTS IT WAS RAN BY JOE ROEBUCK HE WAS MR INDIANNA THIS WAS IN 1978. IWAS 15 AT THE TIME. hE PUT ME ON A BASIC BODYBUILDING ROUTINE OF THREE SETS OF TENREPS INCREASING WEIGHT AS YOU WERE ABLE TO COMPLTE 10. i STILL HAVENT TRIED NAUTILUS OR THE LOW REP SCHEME OF HEAVY DUTY. aS FAR AS TEMPO GOES I DO MY REPS MODERATE NEITHER FAST OR SLOW. iAM USING HIGHRF REPETIONS BECAUSE MY GOALS HAVE CHANGED. fAST OR SLOW HIGH OR LOW I DONT KNOW JUST GO WITH THE FLOW AND KEEP PUMPING IRON
