How do you give them to someone. I've been giving people 0 points. When I click on the scales, there's not option for points. I thought I saw one the first time I tired, but not since. How the hell do you do it!

Just click on the scales and give them...your rep power determines how many points you give, therefore, you cannot choose the points to give....It does not take from your points either...Your rep power and rep points are high enough to give points...I think you are giving points but you just do not know it unless they pm you back with a reply. Tell you what, rep me now and I'll pm you a reply to show you how much you are giving to people...in return,I will rep you now.

Make tons of good quality intelligent posts. This will give you rep points from other members which will increase the number you can give.
I don't know about reps but to give someone herpes just use a quick snapping motion when raking your thumbnail across your outbreak and aim for their eyes
just be careful who u give them out to u might get fucked in the ass as some people dont want you to overtake them in points. i dont care i rep people for helping other people.
