Research and Planning for Bulking Cycle......

Good morning,

I had a few questions/concerns prior to begining a 5 week "Bulking Cycle". I am 25 yrs. old, 5'ft. 7"in., 155lbs, and have been cutting for the past 6 weeks and am now at 3.2 percent body fat. I feel great and my abs look cool. I'll start my bulking cycle on Sunday. I have been using "Nature's Best Zero Carb Whey Protein" with my cutting program. I know I have to increase my carbs and basically I will be following the "Male Bulking Diet" posted in "Best Nutritional Threads". What is a good recommended brand of protein powder that can give me lean gains without increasing too much body fat, and how much body fat should I expect to increase to get lean gains? I will also begin taking creatine, but I guess my concern is whether I should expect my abs to dissapear.......
 
Most people's ab definition disappears at 7-10% bodyfat depending on the size of the muscle, shape and genetic predisposition to store fat in the midsection.
 
Sure, especially if you're naturally lean. I mean, did you have to drastically diet your way down to 3% or are you just a skinny guy (by your stats I already know the answer to that question). :p

As for fat gain on a bulk- it all depends on your current diet and what diet you adopt. Post your current diet and I'll add or change a few things to help you gain muscle mass. Hopefully without a huge amount of BF gain.
