1. hanging leg raises w/ a medecine ball on top of your feet.
2. swiss ball cruchches while holding a medecine ball
3. cruncehs while holing a medecine ball or weight
4. Cable crunches on knees using rope attachment
5. Decline crunches while holding weight
Pretty much any ab exercise you do, just hold some a plate or medecine ball. Superset some together and knock yourself out.
