Ok I am about to puke from trying to explaion the world is not flat.:mad::rolleyes:
We need to have some simple workouts to link the children too. I'm takinig almost no words, all in black and white and simple enough for a retard to understand....Post them if you have them.


PS: no 3 page Iron Man or DC Bull shit please ( not that their is anything wrong with it) .
 
Session A:
Deadlifts 4x6
Standing Overhead Press 4x6
Medium Grip Chinups 4x6
Lunges 2x12
DB Bench Press 2x12
One Armed DB Rows 2x12

Session B:
Squats 4x6
Bench Press 4x6
Bent Rows 4x6
Stepups 2x12
Standing DB Overhead Press 2x12
Wide Grip Pulldowns 2x12


Week 1:
Mon - Session A
Wed - Session B
Fri - Session A

Week 2:
Mon - Session B
Wed - Session A
Fri - Session B


Rest 1 minute in between sets. Easy enough?

One should also give the kiddies an example of diet, calories and rest too.
When I was a kid the eating part was never emphasized.
I(ectomorph), like many kids just ate enough to burn off maintenance calories.
