ok well i got my bottle today. i am following the instructions and starting with one pill. although i did not follow the part about not taking it after one. i have been dragging all day so i figured what better way to test it out. well i took the pill bout a half hour or so ago. so far first thing i noticed was i started to get a bit warmer. now i am much more alert than what i was before. so far one pill equals nice increase in energy. i am not jittery or any thing. i am pleasently surprised by a energy boost off on just one though. i will update this as i go. here are my stats as waist line 34, body fat some were between 11-13 not sure right now. oh and i am a semi lean 223.

Nitor is SOLID stuff! Feels GREAT when you're dragging ass and keeps you up and going when you're cutting..especially for those that go low carb and get in that "haze". Nitor has been a great performer for alot of people that don't enjoy the effects of ephedrine.
 
i dont understand what your saying bro. i needed a pick me up and i am trieng to give a honest report. so far i am really impressed. i am in no way knocking this product. i am not caffine sensative at all. so the fact that this product gave me a boost off one pill did impress me. i was asked to give a review and i will give a honest review. so far a great product, and i am looking forward to continuing using it. as for wanna be big bro i am big. 50 inch chest 34 waist. i dont consider myself lean unless my waist is 30 or under.

Yep, Wicked was talking about a guy on our forums who accidentally took about twice what he normally does. Needless to say he was JACKED!

As per the instructions, try to gradually increase your dose. The fat burning effects will be strongest in the 3-6 capsules per day range.

well i am on day two now. i took one when i woke up at 6:00am, and another bout ten minutes ago. as for sleep last night i was able to sleep but i woke up alot throught the night. i will never take nitor after one again lol. so far great product mental focus seems to up a little as well.
 
well no to the real reason i am writing this. how does it affect a workout. well i did my first real workout session today on my lunch break. ok all i can say is wow. my muscles wore out but my body didnt at all. shorter rest breaks becouse i stayed jazzed through my whole session. only side so far is i have slight tremors. i think i took the second dose a bit to early. either way i am loving this product. i have not done my cardio yet today, but i am looking forward to it. oh couple other things one i have been drinking alot of water this stuff does make you thirsty. as for appetite suppresion all i can say is damn. i did not realize i was hungry till i got a little natious due to my blood sugar dropping. so far this stuff is freaking amazing. also increase in body temp, increased sweating. so far nitor backs its claims. i will keep updating as i go.

good way to put it bro. its like taking ephedra with out the headaches, and muscle cramps well at least for me.

The sweating is because your metabolism is actually increased by the product. A lot of fat burners claim it, Nitor is one of the few that truly does and that has nothing to do with the stimulants.
 
ok day four. i took two when i woke up no nausea or anything. i ate with it seems to take care of jitters to. so far still loving the nitor.
 
ok new things to report. watch out for the appetite suppresant it is potent. next thing weighed in just before lifting, current weight down to 220. three freaking pounds since tuesday. most likely at this point water weight but either way cool none the less. i felt like i had ran a freaking 5k when i got done lifting becouse i was so drenched in sweat. energy wise though felt like i had adhd with out the wondering mind. mental focus was way up, and my energy did not go down over a hour lifting session.
 
ya i would say its that good. staying hydrated is not a problem at all. i drink plenty of water so i am fine. i am just really impressed by its thermogenic properties.
 
Something very unique about Nitor is that it also promotes anabolism as it helps you to cut fat. You WILL maintain your strength while losing body fat on the product.

The promotion of anabolism is more a function of protein sparing than a direct stimulus. Using Nitor on a hypo-caloric diet you spare protein for energy via an increase in fat oxidation and lipolysis.

I will also state for the record that the above is theory on my part and based upon my personal experience and the experience of others I have worked with who have used the product. Via empirical observation, it seems that the product can actually help you to build muscle while losing body fat.

Gotcha. This is true of other effective thermos - for example, good old EC does this also. By promoting insulin resistance, fat oxidation and lipolysis are enhanced since that's what insulin resistance does in a deficit, shifting substrate oxidation away from carbohydrate use during exercise - a very strong positive when you're trying to burn the fat off your ass!

In a surplus of course, this is a negative. That's why such thermos are generally counterproductive during a bulk. In this situation, insulin resistance prompts our cells to downregulate receptor activity in an effort to protect themselves against the toxicity of elevated insulin.

First to be affected with insulin resistance in this situation is the liver, then muscle and finally fat cells. In a surplus, this means means partitioning toward fat cells will be enhanced while liver and muscle uptake are both compromised. (Heh - that's right, it makes you turn into a GURL. <cries>)

So interesting that - at least where insulin resistance is concerned -precisely what you want for a cut is precisely what you DON'T want in a surplus!

My feeling is that your observation-based conjecture has merit. For newbies in particular, where some small muscle gain and significant fat loss can indeed coincide, I can see how the use of an insulin-resistance promoting thermo such as Nitor might be a way to enhance the effect, particularly under the conditions of a lower-carbohydrate or targeted-carbohydrate diet, correct training protocols and of course sufficient dietary protein intake.
