Okey, so I have recently made some changes in my routine and Im being sick of this 
Need help with:
- Is it enough with narrow grip benchpress on triceps? what else could I add ? (I can't do french press)
- What exercise could I add for the rear deltoid? Change upright row?
- How does it look ? what changes would u do ?
Back & Biceps
- Deadlift 5x5
- Pull Down (wide) 4x10
- Pull Down (reverse) 2x10
- Bent over rows 3x10
- Biceps curls 4x8
- Biceps curls w / cable 2x10 + Drop Set
Chest & Triceps
- Bench press 5x5
- Chest Press Machine 2x10
- Decline bench 3x8
- Flyes (flat bench) 3x10
- Narrow bench press 5x10
REST!
Legs
- "ass to grass" Squat 5x5
- Benpress 3x10
- Lunge in smith 2x10
- Straight Deadlift 3x10
Shoulders & Adds
- Military Press 5x5
- Shoulder press in machine 2x10 + Drop set
- Upright Row 3x10
- Shrugs in the Smith 2x15 + failure set
- Standing calf raise in Smith 3x15
- Sitting calf raise 2x15 + Drop Set
