Hi. how are you all?
I have a little problem and thats why I
turn to this board.
My left side (I'm left btw) of my ribcage
is slightly more to the front than the right one.
Others dont see it untill I point them the differences, but I do
and it really iritates me because my chest consists of two different parts instead
of two equal parts.
They would have been the same if I hadn't these differences in the sides of my ribcage.
Also because of that theres a slight dip in the middle of my chest which is very anoying to me.
I have tried dumbell pullovers with only my right hand to expand the right side
of my ribcage as much the left side but I didnt get any improvement at all.
It seems that they don't work.... or at least not the way I did them.
My question for you is, do you know of any methods I can use to equalize both parts?
And do other people have/had this problem and did you solve it?
Please let me know....
Best regards
Kees
