thats some extreme stuff, wish i can do that lol

He did all isolation work or machines. Someone posted another Guy from MMA's workout and it was awesome, he did bodyweight stuff and free weights....and the same non stop style.

How is this more impressive than normal circuit training?

Great, and by that logic Flew Wheeler is as knowledgeable about training as Mel Siff, Mike Boyle and Alwyn Cosgrovee.

being that tired and exercising with freeweights is dangerous, no? He should just do that type of endurance training with bodyweight exercises.

I don't think he'll hurt him self too bad curling 40 lbs.

no lol, I wasn't talking about him using the curling bar, I was talking about how they were commenting on him doing machines.

You're right, you should have. That delivers a completely different context. I see your point now.

wow, i dont really agree with his training methods but that fucker has some serious strength endurance. to keep that intensity up for that long is super human.

i dislike the exclusive machine work but the plyo chair is cool

what Rich needs basically as his trainer pointed out strength and endurance for MMA, and what he is doing definately gives him that regardless he's not using free weights.

I'm sure they rotate their exercise anyway and use free weights as well, on the program "The Ultimate Fighter" for example I see him doing circuits with frew weights.
