My pecs have significantly changed sizes when i started to do
BB decline 3 sets
BB incline 3 sets

i also do DB pullovers and cable crossovers

really? no flat?

yep, i used to do flat bb then incline bb
now doing dec. bb and inc. bb
gona switch to decline db

Yeah, cables crosses, high and low are great--just make sure you cross over completely as to pinch someone's finger if they placed directly between your pecks.
