How do you know that you are working out right? By feeling the stress on the desired ‎ muscle?

Means you do the way that makes it harder?

If you're progressing towards your goals, you're doing something right. Only change your routine if it's not working.

For example lets say in Bench press, how to know that you did the right exercise? Pain in chest next day?
Bicep, tri...etc

Just wanted to make sure I???m lifting right or wrong.

If you are getting closer to your goals then it's working. That is, if you're goal is to get stronger, and you get stronger, then it's working. If your goal is to gain size, then take measurements. If your goal is to alter body composition, then you have to weigh yourself and take body fat measurements.

Although getting sore can mean something in the way of strength and/or hypertrophy, it doesn't necessarily indicate a good or bad routine. It is one of many indicators you need to watch for. However, as I said, the only real way to tell if a routine works is to test your progress.
