i need a new workout program.i was wondering which one should i do, rippetoes starting strength or high intensity training?im 20 yrs old and ive been working out for 2.5 yrs on/off.i havent done rippetoes before when i started lifting.is this program only for beginners?ive been doing a push/pull and a 3day split program.
