What are some nice heavy tunes to get me pumped for workouts? I mostly prefer hard rock/metal/rap metal but I'm open to everything. I like music that's either angry or cocky, to just get me in the mood. Basically, the kind of stuff that fighters use as their entrance music before they fight. I don't know if any of you watch Ultimate Fighting, but I think Tito Ortiz always has cool entrance music that gets you pumped.

Some songs I listen to at the moment are:

Fear Factory- Back the Fuck Up
Fear Factory - Hunter Killer
Limp Bizkit- Break Stuff
Reveille - What you got
Drowning Pool- Let the Bodies Hit the Floor
P.O.D - Boom
Pantera- Walk
Pantera- Cowboys from Hell
Korn- Let's do this now

So yeah, gimmie some suggestions!

I am a fan of most of those. I also like soulfly and sepultura. Poomba by soulfly is great. They do a song with Fred Durst on that album but it is not fast enough for me. Sepultura makes tons of great ones including roots bloody roots and against. I like slayer because a lot of their songs start a little slower then build to absolute chaos. I would listen to the divine intervention album there. One other little known hell raising song is by let freedom ring by machine head. Hope this helps. I know not everyone likes the same stuff as me but I have done many personal records after getting amped on these songs. Let me know how it goes. scott@milopro.com

Children of Bodom is a kick-ass death metal band. I highly recommend buying "Follow the Reaper". It will make you want to slaughter baby sheep! :evil2:

Hell yeah all those bands rule. Follow the Reaper is one sick album. Not quite workout music, but CoB is one of my favorite bands of all time. Alexi Laiho is an inspriation to me to keep working on my guitar chops.

go to the website of your favorite rock radio station, and print out there play lists
