I love the one when a man (Benny) ties a rock to himself and is going to throw it in a lake so he will drown. Then he sees a fish coming out of the water tied to a helium balloon.

Damn I just did a total body workout.

Didn't train chest though....it is still bothering me.

I'm hooked on a meal I started making because I'm lazy

One can of organic chicken noodle soup and 3 egg whites and 1 yolk.

Its 30 carbs

10 grams fat

33 grams protein

 

[GFR]

god hand has been quiet the last few weeks

I wonder why

I am to the point where I'm scared to weigh myself

I think I have put on 10 Lbs of muscle but I'm still fat

I thought since I was only gaining back lost muscle I could lose fat at the same time.

My diet was ok but a joke if I were training for a show.

I was 250 after my vacation but I think the scale was broken

 

[GFR]

I weighed 235 3 weeks ago at the gym

 

[GFR]

I did DB laterals today instead of cables.....wow what a difference

I will have to mix it up in the future

I'm thinking of writing up an all free weight workout

 

[GFR]

From 13-19 thats all I did

 

[GFR]

and by 19 I was 95% in top shape...free weights must have done the trick

cables and machines are nice but I seem to rely on them too much...lazy in my old age

I missed the replay of the Hopkins fight

I hope HBO plays it this weekend

It has to be a DVD fight for my archives.
