then spent the next 30 min playing with the last 1

better than dropping an atomic bomb on 100,000 innocent people......somr country did that

think it was the one who always says they want to help people live in a free democratic society

Hrmm, I innocent.. yes and no. On one hand, they werent all directly involved in the war. On the other, it saved millions of lives probably utilizing atomic weapons at that juncture.

Would you condemn the US for doing so? :)

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
that has to be hands down one of the top 10 most barbaric acts in human history

Sure it was... but perhaps a necessity? At times... being barbaric is effective.

certainly the worst terrorist act ever..................killing thousands of baby's and thousands of old defenseless people in one brutal act.

It only disgraced this country forever

I just did

It was terrorism if you want to look at it like that. We certainly did it to terrorize them.

As to the people over there that died... I'd much rather it be them that us. They were the hostile party. Just couldnt quite keep a hand on the US war machine.

But if you would have been there to make the decision... millions more would have died. Terrorism or not, it was effective :)

Let the soldiers die fighting each other....................when you target baby's and the infirm you are only a terrorist and a barbarian..

Besides, it wasnt the atomic bomb that killed so many.

It was the firestorm afterwards

Just playing, it is our fault... but hindsight is 20/20. Its easy for us to condemn those decisions today when we didn't have to live them. I find myself doing it every day as well. Ah well...

The concept of terrorism was around long before that though.

Hrmm, as to Japan though, I think most people over there applauded that, as Japan had run over that area for quite some time. They really were an amazing group of warriors.

Better them than us..............it just doesn't justify the murder of thousands of innocent baby's......nice sound bite though

But they had not right to attack us... or anybody else. It was by their own actions that they condemned those people to death. We arent to throw away American lives because some other country wants to fight one on one. Why be an a US citizen if your life is worth so little?

There is no hind sight 20/20........................murdering thousands of baby's has been frowned upon for thousands of years by civilized people.

Who counts as civilized?

Can you categorically break that down? :p

I agree they were cowards and pigs for the sneak attack on Pearl Harbor..
But don't murder their children by the tens of thousands to make them pay..

You are going off subject.......I will not get into a debate about the history of the world and all its cultures, so you can avoid the blatant and unjust barbarism of America.

Somebody always has to pay when someone feels wronged... or at least when they are willing to strike and have the capability to do so.

Its truly unfortunate that people died, and I dont think there is anybody that rejoices in that. Its a travesty. But its the way war works... there is no bright side.

Perhaps it'll be our turn to get it one day, and that sucks even more, at least to me since I might have to deal with that. But thats kinda the way life goes.

Haha, well you called their acts uncivilized... just wanted clarification on that.

Unjust? No. Morally acceptable? Hrmm, perhaps, perhaps not. Guess it depends on who you're asking, and whose parents are alive today because of the actions that we took then.

Or not alive today... not too many WW2 vets around any more.

History is written by the victor................some day America will fall, all powerful nations do in time......I wonder what those victors will write in their history book's about the only nation to drop atomic bombs on civilians.....I bet it wont be a nice reference to us.

But like I said... it was truly terrible thing that happened that day.

Anyhow, I have to get going, take it easy. Careful not to get too melancholy :)
