First of all an anatomy chart would help you tremendously. Your lats (Latissimus dorsi) are triangular muscles that extend from under the shoulders down to the small of the back on booth sides. The lats are the biggest and most impressive of the upper body muscles if trained properly. IMO cardio on your off days is fine (no marathon sessions!!). If anything cardio will help you in your quest for bigger muscles. It will strengthen your heart making you more cardiovascular fit which means longer harder weight trainging sessions...plus cardio will help keep you lean.micflint001 said:so on my off days could i do some cardio or would that mess up my rebuilding of muscle?
