Here is the routine that i came up with.

Sunday:
Chest
Flat and Incline Bench- 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Decline dumbell press 5,4,3,2,1

Monday-Off

Tuesday
Arms
Alternating Dumbbell Curls - 3x10
Curl Bar Curls 3x10
Curl Bar Overhead Extensions 3x10
Hammer curls 3x10

Wed Back and Legs
???

Thur See sunday

Friday See tuesday

Sat-off

The only thing that i dont like is the bench. I dont know if i'm doing enough reps for what i want. Some people say that if you want your muscle to show w.o flexing then i should do 3x12, and other say 5,4,3,2,1 is better. What do you guys think?

myst, youre going to find that everyone's got a different opinion on how to do things. in bodybuilding, there's really no 100% correct way to do things. i'd suggest you look at a routine like gopro's p/rr/s workout, or other routines youll find posted all over. theyre all quite different, even though many of them have similar goals. try to read up as much as you can, then make decisions from there. however, if you are trying to build muscle, most people would agree that an average of 3 reps per set is not what you're looking for.

The two ways that you can improve muscle definition are increasing muscle mass and losing body fat. Generally, the best rep range for gaining mass is 8-12, but some people gain mass better with slightly lower reps. I'm doing Gopro's P-RR-S routine, but don't bother if you're a beginner.

Also, don't do your back and legs on the same day. You don't want your body trying to heal all the largest muscles in your body at the same time. Plus, the workout would be extremely exhausting.

As well, you aren't doing enough for your triceps. Take some of your bicep sets and move it to your triceps.

What about shoulders?

i was doing 3 sets with 10 reps....
are back and shoulders ok to work on the same day?
i could take legs away from back day and add shoulders and move legs to sat...
beginner....yeah thats me

My personal preference is to have back and legs on their own days. However, shoulders seem acceptable to tack on to one of those days. I would think that biceps or tricep would be better though, because they are smaller muscles.
