Russian E-Stim Machine ... Help Me Out Guys

Hey guys,
I am hoping that there are enough people on this forum to help me out. I am looking for a good quality Russian E-Stim Machine. I am NOT looking for a "TENS" Unit. I would of course prefer a chiropractor/physician quality one, even if it is used, but I am open to other sources, both new and used. Please help me out guys.
I understand that some guys are skeptical of how this works, I'm not interested in being told that it doesn't work (because research says it does) or being told that a double a battery powered one for 50 dollars is the same as one for 300, because it isn't.
I know there are enough of you guys out there that you know where one of these is sitting or know of a good quality brand. I'd like to limit the price to around 300 dollars.

P.S, these are not really used for muscle building in the sense of bodybuilding (like that website depicts). Don't expect to get big buddy.
These devices are used successfully in medicine / physical therapy.

I am actually interested in utilizing it for some strength (what it is designed for) and for helping my ligaments (also what it is designed for). I am a power-lifter, not a body builder. I am at a stage that I have to be very careful because my muscles are much stronger than my ligaments and no matter what I do, my ligaments are lagging. I am searching for one per a recommendation by my physician.

have an old healthtech one.....used to be called EMS.....much better than a TENS unit
