hi all, i've been working out at home on and off for the last 2.5 years, i have a wide range of dumbells, an ironman lat pulldown/leg extension machine, and a weight bench. These have sufficed until now. I am in need of upgrading the weight bench because it doesn't decline at all, and the incline leaves something to be desired. I primarily have been working my mirror muscles (vain, i kno, sorry) but i want to fix that by upgrading to a cage for squats and an incline/decline bench plus a roman chair for core muscles and legs. After some browsing (because price is an issue) heres what i've come up with. Anyone ever used this equip?
Body Solid GFID71 Commercial Bench
Powertec Power Rack (found @ dumb.bellbuddy.com )
Yukon Hyperextension/Roman Chair (HYP-156)
(too new to post links
)
I have an entire basement to work with so space won't be an issue, (the cage will almost go to the cieling though). I also have P90X and have seen great results and dropped quite a bit of weight, but having been a big guy my whole life (not the good way) i'm use to being big and want to gain/keep mass (the good stuff, and lots of it). Thx for any suggestions!
