Salmon Balls
Ingredients:
15 oz of pink salmon
1 egg, beaten
1oz. mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. of Atkins baking mix
1 tbsp. of minced onion
Mix all ingredient together and form small balls. Drop into hot oil
until brown. Remove and drain of paper towel.
