same ole Bulk To Cut thread

Here's the deal. Since starting my test only cycle I have put on 17 pounds. I started off around 208 and this morning was sitting at 225 (I am 5'11" by the way)...Where I work we all wear the same uniforms and mine are getting TIGHT. Seems just about everyone is fucking saying how swole I am and every conversation turns to working out and I am NOT the one steering it that way...I have also put on more fat than I would like and its to the point now where its bothering me. If I had to guess I would say I am like 18% body fat. I feel very strong and I AM very strong and I also definitely looked pretty jacked but I FEEL like a fucking fat ass.....I know this is the time of year to put the weight on and shred it of later but I am ready to shred some now...I am about 8 weeks in to my Test cycle, what do you guys think of CUTTING on Test E?? I plan to run 750mg a week for another 5-6 weeks or so. I realize you hold some water with long esters but regardless, do any of you have input or experience on cutting with Test E?
 
Change your diet, increase protein, lower carb intake, do fasted cardio and add at least 20 mins cardio after weight lifting, add clen for last 3 week of your 'cut'...


As for gear, cutting does not necessary mean that less gear can be used, quite the opposite as you need to any help you can get to prevent catabolism while on restricted calories.
 
Don't change part way through - keep bulking, preserve your gains. Worry about cutting later. Nothing wrong with a little chub bro.
 
Cut? Your not allowed to cut until guys at the gym start asking you where you get your "shit".... Enjoy the bulk, embrace the fat...cut later.
 
I'm more impressed by the guys at the gym lean and vascular who have size to them vs the guys that are smooth and huge like they are shooting for the michelin man look. I think most pro BB'ers are keeping their BF pretty low while bulking now. Low enough to have abs anyways.
 
Either keep bulking to keep your gains or lower your test, add tren and recomp but don't cut. Risk losing your new muscle

This is what I am leaning towards...My test is at 750mg a week right now. What would you suggest lowering it to? Also, i assume you mean tren ace right because I only plan on running it for like 6 weeks...what dose?
 
Another thing...i cant enjoy this bulk anymore. i genuinely just feel big, slow, and out of shape...even a fucking warm up on the treadmill before lifting gets me sweating like a bitch.....i just dont do well at this high of body fat I think is the problem....I would rather sacrifice a bit of size to FEEL good rather than feel the way I do now

Keet test as it is, Tren A 100mg eod (350mg week) should be enough.
 
have you been doing cardio during this cycle?
 
Gaining weight does that...I've put on 15lbs and I feel like butthole...I think on that high of a test dose you can cut calories and lean out without losing much muscle. Especially if you're going to be adding tren. Just keep protein and fats up and you should be able to make quick changes to your BF.
 
Vibrant, yes I have been doing 20-30 minutes 3X a week after lifting....low intensity stuff....thanks for the replies guys

It's getting harder and harder for me to do as I get older but manipulating carbs I can cut on any gear. I do something like this..

M 2500 kcals
T 2000 kcals
W 2000 kcals
Th 2000 kcals
F 2500 kcals
S 4000 kcals refeed
Su 3000 kcals

I'm 5'8" at 216 ATM. CArbs get down under 100 g/d. Then fats come down for no more than 3 days. Refeed day is higher carbs 400 g.

Well your test is causing some of the bloat. I notice big time when I up my test. I'd tun tren ace at 350-500 and lower your test to 250-500. Basically lower your test to 500 and throw in 350 tren ace. If u want less bloat and your libido is ok lower the test a little more and if u have little sides on the tren up it.

I feel u on getting sick of bulking. I'm doing 3 more weeks then gunna cruise then recomp with tren for a couple months then cut. That's the plan anyway

You're gonna sweat n wheeze like an old Jew when the tren kicks in bro. What's your BP like btw?
 
I love to cut mid cycle. Ill lower the dose and cut. 1. It primes the body for strong gains after 4-5 weeks of lowered dose and weight loss 2. It prevents fatasshood
