Sandwiches

Tomorrow I start 7 days of 4am starts ( I have to be at work at six am), I dont have alot of time to myself to eat so I was wondering wat you guys thought about this:

1 thick slice of gammon ham
1 cup of shredding lettuce
4 slices of cucumber
2 slices of wholemeal bread w margerine

I'm aiming to have four of these a day.
 
4 sandwiches a day...
What are your goals?
 
to bulk up, but I am short on cash, and need something quick I can eat while I am at work.
 
Don't do margerine, if anything just use real butter. Othewise use an oil or some other condiments. Although snadwiches aren't the best bet, if you don't have a lot of options you don't have a lot of options. I would suggest replacing one of the sandwiches with a protein shake and mixing up your meat, some chicken or turkey perhaps.
 
I agree, don't overdo the margarine. Sandwiches aren't the worst thing in the world, IMO. I eat about 2 whole-grain tuna sandwiches a day.
 
Cheers guys, eating one of these every 2 hrs helps keep me going their great.
