Tomorrow I start 7 days of 4am starts ( I have to be at work at six am), I dont have alot of time to myself to eat so I was wondering wat you guys thought about this:
1 thick slice of gammon ham
1 cup of shredding lettuce
4 slices of cucumber
2 slices of wholemeal bread w margerine
I'm aiming to have four of these a day.
