I will be the first to tell you that I have personally rebuilt my squat from the ground up, using comments and criticisms from on-line boards. Do not let our comments fall by the wayside. Improving your technique will not only minimize the risk of injury, but it will improve your gains significantly. Saying you are flexible is a weak excuse. If it truly takes video proof of our own squatting for you to take our comments for their worth, then so be it. To not clutter up your thread, I'll PM you the youtube.
