I use these machines for my hips and inner thighs every other leg workout.If you train your legs hard do you think you still need to do these exercise?Basically do you think these exercises are worth doing?

I have seen them improve stabilty for other compound , esp squatting, improve inbalances, and increase the isolative strength of the involved muscles...but they are not necessary per se
