How do you go about writing a scheme for secondary motions...ie military press...flys...pulldowns...pull ups...rows...?
Im working peridization for the three major motions based on 1RM principals, but what about the rest of the exercises?
I dont think I have to max out my lateral raise to figure out what i should do for them...until I have begun thinking about it I have jsut done these motions to what I thought was reasonable, but have since begun trying to really keep a record of progress.
