I need some help, I've been dealing with my gyno for the last 4-5 years. I always took precautions against it but it devolped gradually over the course of many prohormone and real cycles. Nolva usually makes it tolerable but now it's gotten to the point where I can't take anything without it flaring up bad....I've tried running 3 months of high dose nolva by it's self which brings it down, but as soon as I tried taking something as mild as test prop and winny it got out of control again. Is there no hope for me??? Is my only choice surgery, which I can't afford...Or do I have to live on nolva or arimidex? I bodybuild and do martial arts, the gyno actually stops me from doing martial arts because if I roll on it or it gets crushed or hit it's very painfull and gets bigger. Not to mention it makes my otherwise awesome chest look nasty.

You can try ruining letro at 2.5mg Ed which will greatly reduce yourgyno. However it wont remove it fully if its been 4 yrs of dealing with it.

May be time for surgery. Get the gland removed. It's elective, and most insurance wont cover it, but the time span that you've been dealing with it for, surely has you annoyed. Agreed with the letro as well. Might also try caber.

Letro is one thing I have not yet tried.....Surgery seems the only choice, but it's a matter of money, maybe if they will take payments...

If it hurts and causes physical discomfort as he says they may pay.

True hoyle, but on that side, insurance companies blow monkey balls. My father was diagnosed with cancer and needs a treatment that he was turned down for because of some bullshit reasons.

Insurance company's do suck. When they pay out it affects someone's bonus.

At 2.5 mgs. of letro would'nt I experience a lot of low estrogen related sides?

I have always heard letro will kill the libido for months as well.

I've heard that as well. Sarm's and AI's can be expensive to be on for long periods too....

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
It does effect your sex drive to a extent. Getting it up is not a issue, its more so not having a urge for sex. I'm on 2.5mg letro Ed and I still bang the wife 3-4 times a week.. Its all mental.

Scared to run letro for my lump, what are the side effects? I have letro on hand

Low sex drive. Drink 2 gallons of water per day and piss out 3. It does increase your natty test and can almost fill up a bucket with the amount of spluge that flies outta your cawk.

Very much disagree, i swear i didnt even get morning wood or jerk it for 2 months while on letro. Cialis does nothing without drive to fuel it.

Id consider surgery bro. Ive tried letro, nolva, proviron+serm+ai etc and they can reduce it to a point but it will easily return. Not worth the sides of letro for the small improvement, especially if theres a woman in your life. Many surgeons will make payment plans, and if you approach your doctor from a pain/discomfort standpoint and not a cosmetic one its possible your insurance will cover it.

Good advice right here. Try to get insurance to cover or do payments.

Not as expensive as that surgery... unless you are buying the serms and ai's from a US pharmacy.. then, yes, less than a year worth would be cheaper than the surgery...

One thing that worked for me, I did it back 7 years ago or so.... I injected pgcl into the glandular tissue(it hurts like nothing you have felt before!!!), but within a couple days a knot nearly golf ball size was completely gone... I took letro and nolva for about 3 months following that, just as preventative maintenance so it didn't come back.... I, to this day, don't have much issue with it.. it will flare up a little here and there, but no lump, and puffiness goes away as soon as I treat it with a heavy dose of nolva, and an ai for a week or so

If I had insurance I would be all over trying to get them to cover it. That's not even an option. I think I'm going to look into a consultation this week with a plastic surgeon. My fear is they won't work with me and I'll have no choice but to keep self treating it. If thats the case I want to go the best route possible, but at the same time I dont want to have to give up taking "enhancers"......

We have had success with long term usage of AndroHard for gyno reduction. It is a prohormone to DHT, and will greatly effect the androgenic:estrogenic activity. A combination of letro is a surefire way to see reduction. However, if your gyno is very prominent, there is probably no way around surgery.

Look through a few of the other gyno threads on here. I've outlined a basic way to get insurance to pay for it in a couple of them. Sorry, but I done feel like typing all that shit over again. Lol.

Yes go pay hundreds to run a shitty androgen like androhard for a few months... Proviron, masteron, or even regular methyl-dht would be a better an cheaper choice if you wanted to try that, you still need an ai or serm but adding something highly androgenic may improve your results somewhat.

If youve had no success with those protocols then surgery is your last real option. Look around til you find one that will put you on a payment plan. If nolva doesnt carry any noticeable side effects for you you could potentially run a low dose all the time and not have to worry about flareups and it will reduce it a bit. I swear nolva effects my libido so i personally wouldnt, but many claim it doesnt at all for them. I also seem to get alot more acne on nolva for whatever reason...

None of the products you mentioned will directly result in circulating DHT. Similar compounds, sure. Unfortunately, and I assume you realize this, just because compounds are similar does not mean that they work in the same manner. DHT has been shown to reduce in incidence of gyno, AndroHard provides DHT conversion. We have had numerous success stories through clients that have choosen this route. It is also an option that is a.) legal and b.) guaranteed purity. Neither of which you can find from a random internet UGL.

Considering we toss around coupons on these products like they are candy, it would cost less than $25 a week to run this product. If that breaks your bank, I would highly suggest looking into a career change.

I can run proviron for 5.5 years for $400, dht isnt going to provide any benefits that another non-aromatizing, non-progestin androgen of a similar rating. Dht isnt the only compound that causes hairloss, prostate growth, libido increase etc. anything with a strong androgenic rating will cause these things, even if it isnt susceptible to 5-alpha reductase. It isnt some mythical compound that works differently than all others, it just so happens to be the one your body produces. the whole point is to increase the androgen/estrogen ratio which can help with gyno, there are much more cost effective ways to do that is what im saying, and you simply cant deny that.

Gyno is tricky and too many variables involved to pin point what product will remedy it (besides surgery) -- I like Aromasin (exemestane) and I like AndroHard or (andactrim gel if you can find it) for gyno regulation as I have found NO REBOUND effect from what i mentioned -- letro, adex nolva can rebound and leave you worse off sometimes...

Thanks for all tips, I think I'm ganna try letro, theres just no way I can afford surgery.

How long do you guys think I should run the letro before coming off and switching to nolva?

I'm thinking I'm going to keep running test prop at 100mg EOD plus the letro and maybe throw in some oral winnie 50mg ED.....PCT run high dose nolva then taper down and stay on a low dose a really long time.
