Alright im currently 142.5LBS and wanna get in about 40 or less LBS quickly as possible. My diet consists of 2000-2500 calories and 200+G of protein daily and im clean bulking. But would Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass help me gain my weight faster? I wanna gain the weight as fast as possible but im still taking in good calories and protein and such but i just want the extra 1000 calories. I know weight gainers are for pussies but I still will continue to follow a clean diet and train regulary. What do you think?

Thanks alot IM!

40lbs can not be gained quickly......unless its fat...
3 years if your lucky and smart....thats how long it will take.

15!

40 lbs would probaly take you 6 months, That is 6 months of doing NOTHING except eating, sleeping, lifting, or relaxing on the couch. You would also need an insane amount of food on supply. But I'm saying that you don't work, don't go to school, doing nothing active whatsoever except lifting weights and walking in your house, lol.

So, yes it is possible but I also forgot to mention that the 40 lbs would not be all muscle, most would be muscle, but there would be a reasonable amount of fat gained.

Ummmm.... Yeah - ok... so that is 6-7 pounds a month... So if he wanted about 3 (or possible 4) of those 6 pounds a month to be fat then sure it is possible!! 40 pounds is simple in that sense!

Especially if he is doing this:

Cheesecake + TV = the ultimate in anabolism!

At 15 you do have a greater anabolic potential than older individuals - but 40 pounds is still going to take you a good few years.

Don't force feed yourself with all those commercial 'weight gainer' preperations... They are not worth the money and will do nothing for you!

Just eat well (lots of healthy, calorie dense foods) and train sensibly. If you do this then nature should take care of the growing thing for you.
