Friends... (if I may say that...)
Not certain if any followed my story with my breast reduction surgeries I have had, two now, one perhaps coming soon because of new pains might have to go through it once more which is fine...
(The diary is here: http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/showthread.php?t=31431) and other photographs here: http://www.jamieleigh.net/ex.html)
But I wanted to ask a question in regards to training in the chest area, but more importantly (and I suppose male or female could answer this) this weight, or the extra skin you have if you have pulling from your chest no matter what size... what is a good, safe, healthy training step to tone that area... of course because of the surgeries they would take skin off and suck out fat (pardon, I know it's not pleasant to hear about...) but obviously over time and now the area has once again filled back out and I wondered what sort of direct tone for the area I could maybe do to keep that muscle in shape and get it tight again. The area essentially right underneath the armpit into the sides a bit... I am sure ladies know of this, it's often stretched with babies or in my case unfortunately surgeries...
How can you tone that area up?
I hope I was clear... it's odd I know, but here's hoping...
Thank you...
