Noob here.

I ran a successful lean bulk with Dimethazine and finished 5 weeks ago. I decided to do a show. I hired a prep coach. I am about 10.5 Weeks out and my prep coach just put me on a NO carb diet. High lean protein and high healthy fat diet. The weight is dropping like it should.

Anyway, I ran the cycle like this:

I had mild shutdown after the cycle. Gained 10lbs while losing some bf. Strenght jumped up as well. So now the issue is, I've been done with PCT for 1 week. The boys have been back from week 2 of PCT to their full size.

I know that I will lose a lot of mass and strenght with this NO carb diet, I am also doing 50 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. I have 40'gs of bulk 11oxo. 1 teaspoon is 526mg, 1/8Tp is 263mg. I was thinking of taking 3 1/8TP 3 times a day for a total of 789mg a day for 5 or 8 weeks. I honestly want to win bad. I am 194 right now, 5'10''. I am going into an open class so any monster can come and compete. I am hoping to come at 178-180lbs. Would this be a good idea to run the 11oxo so soon with Cycle Assist? I honestly would never do it but this contest means a lot to me. I know the time of length should be cycle+pct=time off amount. However, this situation came up and I am stuck. I did a low carb diet before with horrible muscle loss. Looked like crap.

I can get some Letro if any flare ups show up. I never had any issues before though.

I am hoping to hold some of that size and get more shredded with the 11oxo. I have enough for 10 weeks at 789mg but dont want to go that route. Any suggestions please.

Bro, you're doing a show. and 11-oxo isn't that suppressive. Hell yes you better run it. Is this you're first show?
 
Why do you think you're going to lose a lot of mass? You're 194 lbs at 5'10" and you intend to get down below 180 lbs inside of ten weeks. That's less than two pounds a week you need to drop. In fact, if you drop 2 lbs a week you can hit your target in six weeks and then just cruise into peak-week.

You could easily do this using Rapid Fat Loss, minimal training and an hour of walking a day.

What's this guy charging you?
 
I did a low carb diet before with horrible muscle loss. Looked like crap. .

How many calories were you running last time, and how were you training?

625 for 16 weeks, the dude just turned pro last year. He went over training, posing, dieting, the whole prep basically. I assume someone on real gear could get away with the no carb diet this far out, my bodys not made like that. I am just worried about the hpta suppression.

How many calories were you running last time, and how were you training?
About 2300 with no Cardio. High intensity, moderate reps. Lost about 35lbs, got weak as piss, and looked flatter than a 2x4.

Low carb diets... blech.

I've made a mistake with my calculation. I am actually 11 weeks out from today.

This is what I have in mind, critics are welcome. Counting forward to the show.

Week 11-6
11oxo 789mgs, spread up in 3 doses
Cycle Assit: 6 Caps a day, split up in 2 doses

Week 5-1
Nolvadex: 20,20,10,10
Bioforge PM: 4,4,4,4
Cycle Assit: 6,6

Week 1-0
Nothing but Whey Isolate :)

I have to bring out my quad width and rear delts. Will be hitting them hard.

My question is, would I hold any water from the cycle with only 1 week from pct to show time?

You'll look flat as hell on low carbs, but you do a carbup before the show. Low carb is the easiest way to drop fat as a natty while hanging onto size. You should do fine, and he's not overcharging you given the help you're going to get for precontest prep, painting up etc.

You should have no trouble reaching your goal and looking good on contest day with this guy. Can't wait to see the pix in a couple of months!

One last question. I am also thinking about another option. Run ECA for the next 4 weeks, that leaves me with 7 weeks left. Then run 11oxo from week 6-0. I assume there shouldnt be any bloat issues since it is a dry compound? I would recover even more from the last run. Any suggestions?
 
Run the ECA the whole time. Helps suppress appetite.

That last time you did the keto thing, over what time-frame did you lose the 35 lbs - and from what weight to what weight?

About 3 months.

From 230 down to 195. I still had a lot of fat to lose, probably 13-14% at the time.

Okay, that explains a lot. You basically dropped 3 lbs a week for three months. That's a LOT of weight to lose in a VERY short time. You were still juicy when you finished, with about 170 lbs of lean mass on you. That's how much lean mass you probably carry NOW.

The 35 lbs you lost - probably the first ten pounds was glycogen, and the other 25 was mostly fat. If you dieted down on 2300 calories a day and dropped 25 lbs of fat over 12 weeks, you ran roughly a 1000 calorie-per-day deficit, which is pretty substantial. You'd have lost a LOT more muscle on a higher-carb diet with cardio with this kind of a deficit.

Given that you lost as much as you did and were still a bit juicy after the loss, you probably started at about 25-26% bodyfat, and with that kind of bodyfat on a man, there's going to be a lot of estrogen - and that means bloat.

I don't think you lost muscle at all. You were protected by the bodyfat and by ketosis. I think you lost glycogen and bloat, and you THOUGHT you lost a ton of size but you just suffered from biggorexia. Trust me, I know how this process can totally fuck with your head!

You're going to do great on this plan you're on. You'll see.

What supps does he have you taking, and how often are the carbups? You taking creatine monohydrate? Oh, and is this a tested event?

Your analysis does make sense. I agree on the whole biggorexia thing, it sucks to lose size and strength.

He wants me off creatine, so I stopped using it 2 weeks ago(probably due to water retention). Its not a tested event, open competition.

My carb ups are every sunday, 1 meal(cheat meal) for now. It will change as we go further. I am just taking the regular multi/mineral, extra vit c, extra calcium, a little of fiber, whey isolate, joint support, efa's, VPX Poweshock(during workout), and usually SP MAX or Pump-Bol(both have creatine) :dont:

If you're not already doing so, plan to train after the cheat meal - you'll feel less fucked up, and you'll have a GREAT workout. Alternatively, and if you feel you handle it well, have the cheat meal immediately post-workout, but if you do it that way, go for twenty minute walk after your meal. It'll help you metabolize the food and it'll turn off the subsequent cravings. If you DO have cravings that don't shut off after the cheat meal, knock back a protein shake and go for another walk. Kills it dead.

Going off creatine is so far the first mistake I've heard this guy make. Water retention is your friend while cutting. The only time you'd want to drop it would be to make weight if you were too heavy. While carbing up, creatine mono is particularly welcome - it increases glycogen uptake for people with insulin resistance and while dieting, which after a week in ketosis on low calories, will be you.

I load 25g over the day on carbups, spread out, with lots and lots of water.

Does he have you off salt too? (please say no...)

The cravings do get especially bad at night, I just gobble up some Natural PB and wash it down with a protein shake.

I usually have my cheat meal after my 50 minute cardio session.

No, I am consuming about a teapsoon total of salt a day.

Try just doing the shake - fewer calories, even if it's a large shake.

Try the cheat meal the way I suggest; you'll probably enjoy it better that way and it'll do more for you. Plus it'll turn off the cravings.

Good to hear salt is currently on the table. Dropping salt too soon precontest is totally unnecessary, and counterproductive.
