has anyone here when dieting or maybe even bulking noticed when they eat too much food the yneed to crap it out straight after a meal - iv noticed since iv been dieting that on my cheat day when i eat a huge meal like pizza with dessert i need to go straight away

my question is - am i sh@@@ng this straight out therefore is it turning to fat? or not - or is some staying in my body no matter what - does this make sense?

Does this happen at meal 1?

if so, when was the last time you ate the night before?
 
why would you think its the meal you just ate? Come on, Depending on the person it can take 24 or more hours for a meal to come through. Lots of times eating will trigger a bowl movement soon in order to make room or because of other issues. A high fat meal can do this. Are you shitting it out before it turns into fat? Geez. Seriously if you have to ask this you need to do a lot more research about your diet/intake. please read the stickies.
 
Yeah, it goes straight through you before it turns into fat or anything. In fact, if you have a pizza, for example, you crap that pizza out right away so if you want you can eat it again. It will still taste like pizza.
 
no seriously - i find that on my cheat days when i eat a big meal i need to go straight after - this doesnt happen in the week when i am eating clean....
im not sure if its that meal or a build up fom the day or what , thats why i am asking if anyone else has noticed this?
 
Maybe. Look up postprandial gut motility on PubMed home - there seems to be a lot of info on there.
 
iv noticed i seem to shit out my cheat meals after eating them or just so happen to need to go straight after my cheat meals ....gezzr christ whats the problem with this question

I'd say its to do with the fact you eat clean then have a cheat meal and its more than the gut can handle so you shit. It soem times happens with myself depending on what food I eat.
