So okay basically ive been bulking for the last 6 months and ive increased my weight from 65 to 82. I think 82 is enough for me and i wanna cut my body now. I know many people said that cutting is based on your diet and cardio. I know that but ive heard there are several exersices made for cutting you know like decline bench press. Its for cutting phase. So yeah i do really need opinion for cutting exersices. Hmm lets see , like the chest , back , shoulders , triceps and biceps ? I dont really know which exersices are good in cutting those 5 body parts. if you guys can list down exersice/reps/sets needed for cutting them hmm..

For cutting on decline bench you'll want to do roughly 800 to 1000 reps. Roughly 30 minutes of constant benching. I'd start with just the bar and see how you do. Since most weight benches don't have a built-in heart rate monitor, you should probably look into getting a monitor with a readout you can see on your wrist. Try to keep your heart rate in your fat-burning zone by adjusting your lifting tempo. Ease into decline cutting, it takes awhile to get used to the blood pressure increase in your head, and if you like to listen to music while decline cutting, you may want to buy some headphones, as many people find that the increased blood pressure causes their earphones to pop out.

For back and shoulders you can do reverse flyes and side raises. In fact, you can skip the decline bench altogether and just do regular flyes instead, too. Here's a video with some great music for those type of exercises:
[edit] can't seem to embed with a starting time, so just skip ahead to about 45 seconds in.

There are no special cutting exercises. You need to get yourself into a negative energy balance to lose fat. Your workouts really don't need to change at all, unless you want to add in some additional work to burn more calories. I advise you head over to the diet and nutrition section to seek advice. Alteration of diet has a bigger impact on fat loss than manipulating your training.
