Just a brief introduction of myself: I'm turning 15 this year. My height (last I checked was last week) is 1.68m / 5' 6" and I weigh only a mere 41kg / 90 lbs. People call me a 'stickman' usually and I don't like being called that. :mooh: So, can anyone help me achieve a standard weight for my height?

Here is what I eat usually in a day on weekdays:
Breakfast (6.15am): 2 slices of white bread with peanut butter
"Break" (10.00am): 1 plate of rice with a few dishes
Dinner (7.00pm): 1 place of rice with a few dishes

I occasionally eat in between my "break" and dinner so I'd be lying to include that in my daily meals list. I find that I have a very high metabolism rate too.

Can anyone recommend diets etc? :)

Thanks in advance!

lots of milk, peanut butter, and eggs. chocolate milk even better

Just eat like there is no tomorrow. When I was 16 I was skinny as hell and just getting into lifting. I used to drink almost a gallon of 2% milk a day. Try to eat healthy but you can probably eat anything in sight at that weight as long as you don't start to get a bit chub. You can research good weight gaining meal plans all over the web, just look around a bit. Your T levels should be great around your age so just keep eating and lifting. Good luck.

When I was 15 at 6'0", I was 116 lbs and I ate like a mofo. When I got married at age 23, I was still underweight at 135 lbs. 2 years later, I tipped the scales at 195 lbs. So moral of a very short story, get married and have lots of sex.

A fat kid would love your metabolism. Like everyone else said, just eat more. Drink milk like a mofo.
