Home for dog duty and the night. Momma and baby are doing great, my wife is gonna be such a great mom.
Today changed my life, holding my little girl for the first time was the greatest experience I can remember. I love her and my wife so much, that this bodybuilding thing we do just became so unimportant. Where my mind used to be clouded with work, training, gear, meals etc, all I thought about today was my beautiful wife and baby.
I'll never stop training, ever. But I have a different focus now and that is taking care of my family. Gonna take the dogs out for a walk, have some dinner and get some rest.

Again, THANK YOU to all of you. Home to take care of the dogs, they are freaked out without momma. Brought a blanket home that the wife and the baby used so they can acclimate to the smell of the baby. My male Rott immediately started searching for my wife and then went to the babies room. That dog knows the baby is close, he's ready to defend her.

Home for the night, my girls come home tomorrow. Dogs are ready for momma and baby to be here. Wife is taking her maternity leave, I'm taking a month of vacation. Can't wait to have time to spend with both of them.

Just got me girls home, its a great day. Dogs were so happy to see Momma and they are so cautious around the baby, even my pup.
