I made an order 1/26/11 that was shipped by you on 2/6/11, I still have not recieved package and it has been 4 weeks now. I haven't recieved any notices at the house that I have missed a delivery man and I was hoping that you might be able to provide me some info on the whereabouts of the package? Open a ticket on naps site giving them your order number and they will fix you up.

I use to order from naps more than any of you just felt things didn't work out after my last order so I went somewhere else no motives here I could have blocked my sig just read all the threads about people asking for their gear that's all I said

slim - when submitting a ticket through the naps site, be sure to include GXR64's name in the comment section of your ticket....this gives the naps team a heads up so they know u hv been in contact w GXR on this board....

My package in jan/feb took foreeeeeeeever, but GXR coupled with the naps team made it right....it was reshipped and in my box in 11 days after contacting GXR and naps.....they r good to go - the slow orders are hit or miss as you can see by the various delivery timeframe posts. It will work out trust me - Just sit back and relaaaaax

I'm sure that everything will go smoothly eventually. I will say that the "ticket" portion of naps site is a bit confusing, I cant tell if my tickets are being submitted and can't find any way to look up the responses to my tickets???

They send an email to you with a response....sometimes check your junk mail for responses.....Easiest process ever actually.....give it a day or two for a response, as I am sure they have a ton to go through.

I just made my first order with naps on 3/10/11. Money pick up on 3/11/11. Account was up dated. So far so good. I will post delivery when it gets here. New with naps so keeping my fingers crossed.

u should try not posting detailed info like that. i made the same mistake when i joined up, but its sensitive stuff, keep it simple. ordered, acct updated, waiting on gear. now one needs dates

This is my first post here Nickalouch, I'm in the same boat as you but I'm not going to give dates out..lol. I always went with Gen*** but since they went down had to go else where. Seems nap* and hb1 had best reviews. Good luck and I will keep you updated also on my order. Lets see who gets it first...lol
