Shot timing and PCT

Can you guys tell me if I have this right? I'm on an EQ, DECA, Test cyp cycle. Is this shot and PCT timing correct?

Aug 1 last Deca and EQ shot
Aug 8 last Test Cyp shot
Aug 15 last HCG shot (taken throughout cycle)
Aug 22 start clomid PCT
