so im toying with the idea of going onto the ud 2.0 or do you guys think i should just keep on doing a standard cut?? id like to get down to 8% bodyfat, im at 13.5% and ive had good results with my diet so far. i was wondering what everyones experience of it is?? ive read the book and it seems pretty good(kind of hard to get my head around all the theory), but im not too sure weather to keep on with my standard cut or to give this a bash!?
