should i go onto the UD 2.0??

so im toying with the idea of going onto the ud 2.0 or do you guys think i should just keep on doing a standard cut?? id like to get down to 8% bodyfat, im at 13.5% and ive had good results with my diet so far. i was wondering what everyones experience of it is?? ive read the book and it seems pretty good(kind of hard to get my head around all the theory), but im not too sure weather to keep on with my standard cut or to give this a bash!?
any input would be much appreciated
 
I think the biggest question you have to ask yourself is can you fit this into your lifestyle. It's pretty rigorous and detailed.

I'm doing it right now, but every week it's crazy trying to fit the workouts in around meetings, etc. That said, I think all the work is well worth it.

If your current routine works, why fix what aint broke?

Are you still seeing results? If so, why change what's working?

I would give it a shot if you've stalled on your current diet, but otherwise why fix what ain't broke?
