I've been working out for about 6 months straught now, 3 days a week. At first I would wake up the next morning and hardely be able to move. Now I am sometimes not sore at all or just a little. I have increased the weight I am lifting over the 6 months, and it seems like when working out it's still as "hard" as it was when I started. Am I doing nything wrong? Or is this normal?

Have you changed anything else in the past 6 months? Are you progresssing in size and/or strength?

If you have been working out hard and consistently for 6 months I would recommend that you take a 1-2 week break from training.

I have made increases in strength and size, but like I said recently it seems like things have kind of bottomed out. I'm having a hard time doing more weight on exercises, even though I've been doing the same weight for a while now. Is this just diminishing returns, so to speak? =)

i have a friend who is never soar and can always put up the weight but he's sturgglin to improve now

I trained 5 days a week, one part a day.
I try to go to faillure on every set, and I'M alwaways very sore.
