I dislocated my shoulder about a year ago and I've done a lot to improve my strength to prevent future problems.
I only really feel safe performing one HEAVY shoulder exercise, an overhead shoulder press on a machine--palms facing in.
In addition, I perform different types of dumbell raises and/or rotator exercises, but these are not compound exercises. Posterior deltoid exercises aren't a problem.

Can someone recomend other compound movement shoulder exercises that poses little shoulder injury risk?

From my experience training clients with shoulder problems...well....it's not what you want to hear for sure. Compound movements for delts involve varieties of overhead presses...most of which...hell...maybe all....will cause you pain....if not now...it will in the future.

My recommendation is to continue rotator cuff exercises....laterals, front raises, and reverse flyes....forget about any pressing movements overhead. I think you can still fully develop the shoulders doing this!

Thanks for giving me the tough truth.
It's good to know that one can do still develop ok without the overhead movements.
