Shoulder Injury (Rotator Cuff??)

I have a shoulder injury which doesnt really hurt when I do shoulders. I get the most intense pain during bench presses when Im at the bottom of my lift. Ive taken a month off of my upper body to rest it and it feels somewhat better, but not completely healled.

Does anyone have any idea what this is????
 
If you took a full month off and you still have pain that is not a good sign. You might want to consider a seeing an orthopedic surgeon, who would want you to get an MRI, or at the very least stop doing bench press or any exercise that causes pain.
 
Might as well ask another question, for as long as i can remember I get pain doing dumbbell overhead tri extensions in my right elbow, nothing serious but noticable. As I progress through my tri workout the pain goes away.

Tennis Elbow?? Anything I can do??
 
might want to try some rotator cuff excercises.
