Shoulder injury...what can I work without further damaging delts

Well I did a number on my rear delt rightside only. I'm doing the rotator cuff exercises and light arms and legs. I'm not sure I sould be doing back and chest just yet.

Anyone think I should do push pull exercises at this stage? I'm 1 week into injury.
 
IMHO....... i would say let it rest. if this persist, i would go see a therapist. what i do with an injury, i ice it, then i heat it up with hot water moving it around to loosen it back up and then let it rest. repeat after a nights rest , if its borderline i go see a therapist.
