The exercise is pretty self explanatory. You press the weight overhead on a standing calf raise machine. It doesn't go directly overhead, but more of a diagonal up and forward direction.
I tried it today and it felt good. It's a very different angle and it also hits the triceps really hard.
Anyone ever tried this and know of the pros/cons of the exercise?
