shoulder routine

One set, rest paused of either Military Press, Dumbell Press or Machine Overhead press (cybex).

Push press, Plate raises, Lateral raises, bent over row's. 4 sets of usually 8-10 reps.

I like working out my shoulders. My reps and sets are usually pretty high.
I typically do
-single arm lat raises
- back flyes
- Dumbell Rear Delt Row
Power Cleans
- Dumbell Over head press (standing)
- Military press

i warm up with 2 sets of 20-25 seated db shoulder presses.
I then go into 3 sets of the most grueling superset routine youll ever do. Is as follows:
take 2 15lb dumbells and do the following (standing)
15-20 reps of lateral raises STRAIGHT INTO
15-20 reps of front raises
15-20 reps of standing db shoulder presses
15-20 reps upright rows
15-20 reps bent over rear delt raises

I DO NOT REST BETWEEN EACH SET... NO REST !

I then proceed to do 2 exercises for each delt head, 4 sets of each exercise. and I just had 2 left shoulder surgeries 4 months ago!! GGGRRRRAAAAHHHHHHH

Let me know if any of you dare try this and tell me u didnt get the most incredible pump youve ever had.

Ive done that before. It's not that hard. mind you, i have x-core shoulders

I dont see why i need to prove myself?? a picutre doesnt prove shit. There's a figure skater who weighs 109lbs and can leg press 4 times her body weight.
Just because you have mass doesnt mean you have power

What do you do for your rear delts, that's where I need the most work....:)

Right now, I only do one set of Upright Rows for my shoulders every other workout. Other than that, it's all from big compound movements.

bb seated military press, lateral raises, and upright rows..........I also like supersettin them at the end by doing military press 1 time until it kicks your ass!! db seated military press is the key excersice for shoulder imo

if you are still talking about having a "shoulder routine", then you probably don't know much about biomechanics and how the shoulder actually works.

You know if people would stop reading bodybuilding magazines it sure would sow down the traffic here at IM!

Military Press...

There, that's my shoulder routine.
